Charlie Fantechi is psychologist and psychotherapist, specialized on hypnosis and Ericksonian psychotherapy, PNL trainer certificated at NLP University of Robert Ditls in Santa Cruz (USA).

Is a member of American Psychological Association and also of Global NLP Training and Counseling Community, of NLP-IASH Institute for the Advance Studies of Health.

He is a professor at SISS at Florence University and at Integrated Strategic Psychotherapist at Rome, recognized from MIUR. He was director at Short Term Psychotherapy of Prato, and actually is at the head of the Short Term Counseling at Milan. Besides, DialogiKa founding member.

Was educated together main students and experts of Counseling, Hypnosis and Personal Growth. From several years he does research in communication and provides professional advices about effective strategies in conflicts and in staff management. He’s advisor about communication actions of some most important Italian and international statesmen.  Invented, developed and spread the ABC® Model (Approccio Breve Cinque incontri, Brief 5 Session Approach): the first important model defines Counseling course.

Charlie is a Keynote Speaker for a lot of Italian and international companies and organizations, both private and state-owned. Moreover about vocational training and business, he was co-trainer with Robert Dilts in workshops about leadership and personal increase.
Co-trainer in recent seminar “From Manager to Leader”, involved much more 600 managers from some of most important Italian companies, reported by national channel and by important masthead.

Together his work-staff he devote himself to analysis of communication about important leaders, sharing results of his research through several events and resource in effective communication. He’s author of books Parola di Leader with regard to use of hypnotic language of famous figures and, with Bill O’Hanlon, Dire Fare Cambiare that gathers and describes teamwork with this outstanding person. Charlie does numerous workshops and seminars concerning effective communication, hypnotic language and attendance strategies in interpersonal contests.
